America the beautiful,
or so you used to be.
Land of the Pilgrims’ pride;
I’m glad they’ll never see.

Babies piled in dumpsters,
Abortion on demand,
Oh, sweet land of liberty;
your house is on the sand.

Our children wander aimlessly
poisoned by cocaine
choosing to indulge their lusts,
when God has said abstain

From sea to shining sea,
our Nation turns away
From the teaching of God’s love
and a need to always pray.

We’ve kept God in our temples,
how callous we have grown.
When earth is but His footstool,
and Heaven is His throne.

We’ve voted in a government
that’s rotting at the core,
Appointing Godless Judges;
who throw reason out the door,

Too soft to place a killer
in a well deserved tomb,
But brave enough to kill a baby
before he leaves the womb.

You think that God’ s not angry,
that our land’s a moral slum?
How much longer will He wait
before His judgment comes?

How are we to face our God,
from Whom we cannot hide?
What then is left for us to do,
but stem this evil tide?

If we who are His children,
will humbly turn and pray;
Seek His holy face
and mend our evil way:

Then God will hear from Heaven;
and forgive us of our sins,
He’ll heal our sickly land
and those who live within.

But, America the Beautiful,
If you don’t - then you will see,
A sad but Holy God
withdraw His hand from Thee.

    Religious wing-nuts like this make it so much easier to be an Atheist. Not only because they don’t understand that being a moral, well adjusted citizen has absolutely nothing to do with your God or Church - it only has to do with you and how you live your life. But also because anyone who agrees with this poem is so far off base from any actual religion, except maybe Southern Baptist, that they are actually sinning just by putting themselves into such a righteous position of judgement.

    Pearls Before Swine. Why don’t you look that one up. Its from that little “Sermon on the Mount” thing, otherwise known as Jesus’ defining moment as a teacher when he passed out his most important teachings for the disciples to carry on when he was gone. It kinda says that you that you cant force your beliefs onto others, that you should never judge others as wicked because only the Lord can do that, and that you should treat everyone as you would want to be treated - I.E.don’t call people fags and sinners and throw eggs at them just because of who they sleep with. But I’m sure Jesus didn’t think that was as important as the three misconstrued, out of context captions from the Old Testament that you put on signs everyday. Dumbfucks.

    Ohh! But please don’t take your precious hand away from our land Lord!!! What ever would happen to America without your constant guidance? Wait. According to my findings, the last time you put in a days work was when you let your only son be brutally tortured and murdered just to prove a point. That was almost as cruel as what you did to Gob - which was to prove maybe the least significant point in history. Whoops did I just say history? Well, cat is out of the bag now since history is the scientific record of facts and events that happened in the past - not 5000 year old made up stories from unknown authors, archived by four “known” authors, and passed down and edited by any powerful ruler who had a hair up their ass. But I guess that doesn’t matter since “science” and “facts” are about as big of curse words in modern religion as abortion and gay.

    Go fuck yourself Judge Moore. I’ll never know how people laugh at the Greek Gods and other lesser acknowledged religions, yet are dead certian Hell and a little red guy real. But rest assured. If there is a Hell, you are going to see old Satan long before any of the people like me, whom you condemn daily, ever will.

    Oh, I almost forgot the one scientific equation that can ever be applied to religion. Old Testament = Nutjob beliefs = Pure fiction. Have a nice day. See you at Christmas Mass.
